It stays flexible in all climates and includes Microban® antimicrobial protection, which helps reduce mold, mildew, and stink. With a 70% shade factor, this mesh offers solid coverage while still letting light and air move through. It’s GREENGUARD® Gold Certified, making it safe enough for indoor gear too. Vinyl Deluxe Mesh

Waxed Canvas

Originally used by sailors before synthetic materials took over, waxed canvas offered unmatched water resistance, durability, and performance in rough conditions—and it still does. At Sunny Designs, we use paraffin-coated waxed canvas for its perfect blend of rugged toughness and flexibility. It’s lighter than beeswax-coated versions but still holds up in the harshest environments. As you break it in, this fabric develops a distinctive patina—a sign of real use and real adventures. Scuffs, folds, and marks lighten over time, giving your bag or cover that well-earned, one-of-a-kind look, just like aged leather.
